upgrade /sbin/pflogd

I have 3.5 running and have been having issues with snort and pflog. I know 
for a fact that it all works just fine under openBSD 3.3, and so what i'd 
like to try out is to upgrade pflogd from cvs and see whether that fixes the 
problem. Since i'm a somewhat of a newbie, can someone let me know how to 
really do this with maybe some helpful links and good directions.
