power output senao cards

Hi,

Since there is no txpower setting in wicontrol, I wonder if one can tell 
the default power output of a
Senao/Engenius 802.11b 100mW mini-PCI or PCMCIA card. Is is it automatic 
or fixed 100mW...or less?

Same question would apply to the 200mW version.
