bugzilla under a chroot() httpd

I was wondering if anyone had tips on getting bugzilla running under
a chroot'ed httpd. There's some pointers to this in the bugzilla
install manuals/faq/etc., but it seems running it in a chroot()
hasn't been thought of, and mod_perl support hasn't been achieved
(yet?).
