Squid with Antivirus filter

Hello!
I am currently setting up squid, and i would like to add a virus protection
to it.

Squid-vscan looks good, but the patch is for Squid2.3, but openbsd comes
with squid-2.5.STABLE5 which i would quite like to keep.

And i was not able to find much about Clamv and Squid.

What do you use to filter out the virus from a squid proxy?
