I've seen this on my home box quite regularly (3.5-stable). From the
logfiles I assumed that this happened when my provider disconnected
me. I assumed that the IP change of the external interface caused the
message since the timestamps are about right.
P.S.:
No, I don't have a Listen-On directive in my isakmpd.conf. Machine uses
a Via CL10000 board with two on-board ethernet:
