I've seen this on my home box quite regularly (3.5-stable). From the logfiles I assumed that this happened when my provider disconnected me. I assumed that the IP change of the external interface caused the message since the timestamps are about right.

P.S.:
No, I don't have a Listen-On directive in my isakmpd.conf. Machine uses a Via CL10000 board with two on-board ethernet:

# dmesg | fgrep vr
vr0 at pci0 dev 15 function 0 "VIA VT6105 RhineIII" rev 0x8b: irq 12 address 00:40:63:d4:93:08

vr1 at pci0 dev 18 function 0 "VIA RhineII-2" rev 0x74: irq 11 address 00:40:63:d4:93:07
ukphy1 at vr1 phy 1: Generic IEEE 802.3u media interface

# ifconfig -a

        status: active

vr1: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500

        inet 80.139.236.xxx --> 217.5.98.xx netmask 0xffffffff

vr0 connects to the local network. vr1 connects to the DSL modem and I've got pppoe running on interface vr1.
