Hi folks,
i'm hardly trying to find any manuals/guides about quality of service strategies
and best ways of implementation using openBSD. specially some instructions on
where to use what kind of queueing, what services should get more or less
bandwidth/priorities, etc. etc.
next i wondered if its possible to change the QoS rules at a given time ... e.g.
shoutcast streams get more bandwidth after 2000h till 0600h.
sts.
