If you find the documentation to be unclear, you must say so.  More:
you must say precisely *which* document is unclear, and which section
of the document, and how it confused you.

If you don't do this, people will naturally assume that you have not
read the document at all.  You may be the brightest person in the world,
but we don't know that.  We only know what you say in your e-mails,
and if you sound like a clueless parasite, you'll be treated like one.
