Problems upgradeing 3.4-3.5

I have reasently upgraded from 3.4 - 3.5 and i didnt
have any problems with the upgrade, however when i
went to the file that was suposed to tell me what
files i had to migrate over in the /etc was missing. 
I was wondering if any one had that list or know if
the upgrade cd did it for me (when it said it
wouldnt).  i have read the mini-faq and it doesnt have
the needed information.
