In some ways Canadians have < moral high ground to stand on
so the pulpit is far from immaculate. Then again who does? There are 
lots of things great about America. To try to keep things back on 
topic there is a saying.
"It is easier to fight for one's convictions than to live up to them."
This can be applied to pretty much everything including this list.
'Theo' has IMHO either willingly or unwillingly done this. 
Many would not have the nerve. Enough said.
