No DHCPOFFERS received.

Hello.

After making my etc/hostname.rl0 file say "dhcp",
since COX High Speed internet service uses that as
opposed to static IPs, I tried to run "dhclient rl0",
but it ends with the following:

No DHCPOFFERS recieved.
No working leases in persistent database - sleeping.

Is my dmesg, or any other additional information,
needed?
