i checked all hints and also http://www.dorkzilla.org/~dlg/sendmail/
again
$ grep TrustAuth sendmail.cf
C{TrustAuthMech}PLAIN LOGIN CRAM-MD5 DIGEST-MD5
with telnet port 25 ("auth $AuthMech") it seems all okey
but kmail (my $TrailMUA - otherwise ME only use mutt) verified all
AuthMech:
-> cram-md5 ... it works fine
-> digest-md5 ... it works fine
-> plain ... don't work
-> login ... don't work
(yes, i know that plain and login are bad)
and consequently Outlook act not yet :-}
anybody clue?
