This company called Ezzi.net has good prices for a lot of bandwidth:

Few weeks ago I've asked for OpenBSD and they told me that's available instead 
of FreeBSD, so I'm waiting for 3.5 release to proceed.

For 79$/month you get 2.4GHz CPU, 512MB RAM, 40 Gb HD, 8 IPs block (5 usable) 
and 500 GB of monthly traffic.

I've not found anything more convenient.
