IPSec and PPPoE

Greetings. I'm trying to set up an IPSec VPN connection between an OBSD
3.3 box with a static IP address and a Netscreen box that uses PPPoE, so
it has dynamically assigned addresses.

The man pages I've read (vpn, ipsec, isakmpd) cover static IP addressing
but do not give instructions for when the remote box's address is dynamic.

Thanks in advance for any config clues on setting this up.
