Skey-Login without the possibility to login without SKey

I tried to make it possible that users (equal if their local via keyboard or remote via SSH) only could login via SKey-Authentication.
I set up skeyinit and it works it I use name:skey.

So what I've to do? I think about editing login.conf to remove all other authenticationmethods.
But before I maybe close all doors behind me without a key to open them again I ask. :o)
Equal wich service, equal where the user is: Skey only
