You should contact one of the hiring managers/administrators over at
Telerama (http://www.telerama.com).  They had an interview process I
went through last year that was excellent.  There were a series of
tasks, incremental in difficulty and complexity, that applicants were
forced to complete in a set period of time.

The first one was to reply properly with your SSH key.  The following
was to login and setup your dotfiles.  Further tasks included tasks such
as installing Apache/mod_ssl, troubleshooting Sendmail bounces, fix
routing tables, etc.
