This morning I upgraded to the current snapshot dated Dec 7 23:17, and
I'm now unable to log in except as root. Attempts to su to my normal
user account results in "Permission denied" messages:
herakles# su - emilio
su: /home/emilio: Permission denied
herakles# su emilio
su: /usr/local/bin/tcsh: Permission denied
herakles# su eperea
su: /bin/csh: Permission denied
I'm sure that if this were due to a problem with the snapshot there
would be more problem reports, but it was working fine until the
upgrade. If someone else has run into this problem, I'd appreciate any
info you can give me.
