palm v clie

I have found a $50 palm at overstock.com and noticed that there are utilities in ports for the palm. However I am more inclined towards the clie (not having ever either before).
I want to get something compatible with OBSD as it's the only OS I run. Anyone want to
tell me how great the palm support is and how non-existent the clie support is, etc?
