Well... you know there's a widely used product called Internet Explorer
that calls itself a "web browser", but when you send it XHTML/CSS conformant
code, it renders something that has nothing to do with the specs.
But well... this is getting off-topic. You can always do as if every
client and every server was strictly conforming to RFCs, but at your own risk.
