At least 1 USD from the sales of Building Firewalls with OpenBSD and PF 
and The OpenBSD Gazetteer will go to the OpenBSD project.

A large publisher wanted me to write a book about OpenBSD, but we 
couldn't agree on the terms.  One of the clauses I wanted them to add to 
the contract was a donation of a modest sum of money to the OpenBSD 
project.  They said "No way!" so I said "No way!" and we parted our 
ways.  That's why my OpenBSD books are self-published.
