I had this same error when I upgraded my existing firewall from 3.1 to
3.3 recently but it didn't seem to affect isakmpd's ability to run or
anything. I used the isakmpd.conf file I used under 3.1 and my firewall
was able to establish a VPN connection again with our office's Netgear
firewall. I've updated my source tree and rebuilt my system and have
3.3-stable running.
