My laptop still won't boot even
with 3.3 installed when the laptop
is plugged into the docking station.
I'm now starting to try to figure out
if I can modify the kernel and get
it to boot. I've taken a look at
man boot_config, man boot, man
bios and tried
"boot -c" to see what happens.
Is the Openbsd kernel customised in
any way when it is installed? Could
the additional devices in the docking
station confuse the kernel after the kernel
has been installed on the undocked laptop?
Will the same kernel boot properly both
docked and undocked?
Thanks,
Dave Feustel
