Today, I had an issue with an IMAP server that didn't work after
rebooting the host.
The problem was that courier-imap was trying to bind the TCP port 993
(imaps), but rpc.lockd was already listening to that port.
Is there any way to avoid RPC services binding some ports that may be
mandatory for other daemons ?
