pflogs and MB of traffic

Is there a way to tell how much traffic went through a firewall by
looking at the old pflogs? I'm looking for the total number of MB.

Tcpdump would normally display packet size with the -e option but since
this is a pflog file it will switch to the logging reason format.

Any ideas?
