configure default mirror for pkg_add

Hi!

Since i am setting up a new box with 3.3, i searched for a way to
configure the default ftp-mirror to use with pkg_add, so that i can
simply use "pkg_add ntp-4.1.74.tgz" instead of spezifieing the whole
ftp-path. I tried to use $PKG_PATH but it seems to work with local paths
only.

If this is not possible (yet), you might want to see this as a feature
request.. ;)
