Where are the -current snapshots of src and srcsys tarballs?

Hi;
	What is the difference between the ports.tar.gz in "snapshots" and the one in 
"3.2" directories in ftp.openbsd.org? Which is the latest one to use?
	Where is the location of the various tarballs of the -current snapshots of 
the source tree? The snapshots/i386/ only has the binaries but I need to 
source, especially the various siop related source files.
