ssh not functioning after patch 021 - OBSD3.1

i have lost ssh access to my box after patching my 3.1 system (patch 
021).
CVSed stable 3.1, then followed instructions in patch 021. didn't 
notice any errors during/after command execution.
getting the following error after reboot:
