Re: Problems with NTPD



If you "touched" the file then it's empty if it didn't exist before. I'm 
not sure "ntpd" likes having an empty drift file. Try removing the file 
all together. "ntpd" will write a drift file after an hour or so and it 
will keep updating the file every so often as long as the daemon is 
running.
