Sendmail Error

[Tim Donahue <TDonahue_(_at_)_haynesconstruction_(_dot_)_com>]

I just recently started to get this error, and don't know where the error is
coming from.  I am running postfix on the server, so I have no idea why I am
getting these sendmail errors.  Can anyone give me any tips on what might be
causing this?
