Hi all, bla bla... :)
I use a 3.2-stable on i386 and a D-Link650 (wi0) w. interface.
Which is the best way to setting wep on a wireless interface with DHCP?
I use dhcp and my /etc/hostname.wi0 is:
"dhcp NONE NONE NONE"
When I bright the interface up manually I use something like this:
ifconfig wi0 192.168.1.18 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.1.255 nwkey 0x6fdfd6b0a5
I would like to obtain an IP address from my DHCP server and to set up the key automatically for the wireless interface.
Tia, goony
