mpeg_encode.tgz fails

hi.
i'm running OBSD 3.2 from CD-Set (jip, i bought it at lob.de :o) 
now i tried to install fxtv but pkg_add fails on missing
mpeg_encode.tgz. 

where can i get it? on the CD-Set i cannot find it either.
