Isn't an E450 just an ultrasparc II of some flavor?  I don't think we
need to wait for ultrasparc III documentation to do something useful
with an E450.  Sun lists some sort of machine in their catalog that
does use an ultrasparc III, but it's not clear to me how many are
actually out in the field.
