I think someone should spend a couple of hours, make a bunch of calls
to Sparc International, and find out why their web page says "Open"
all over it, when in fact Ultrasparc III documentation is not
available.

I am busy tomorrow; any volunteers?  If so, be very persistant, and
keep trying to walk up the chain of command.
