an0 problems with 3.2-stable

I just had the network lockup on a 3.2 box. Unfortunately I had no console near it to troubleshoot while it was still up. Upon re-boot I have the following lines in /var/log/messages right before the lockup. Also, going back to 2.9-stable I get "an0: failed to enable MAC" messages on boot-up.

root_(_at_)_oats:/var/log# tail -150 /var/log/messages
Nov 21 23:26:14 oats /bsd: an0: failed to allocate 1586 bytes on NIC
Nov 21 23:26:14 oats /bsd: an0: tx buffer allocation failed

If it makes any difference the above happened while I was setting up nfsd on this system. I'm having a little trouble so I ran tcpdump -i an0 right before it locked up. I'll give it a shot again later, if need be.

ethant_(_at_)_oats:/home/ethant# cat /etc/hostname.an0
inet NONE
!ancontrol -o 0 -K 0 -j 1000 -n home
!route add
