Folks,
I have installed an i386 v3.2 system using the 3.2 release files from the
FTP site. On top of this I have unpacked src.tar.gz and srcsys.tar.gz into
/usr/src . I am now trying to update these from CVS. The src files have been
unpacked OK (as far as I can tell) but I get errors when doing the CVS
update. The steps I take are as follows:
# cd /usr/src
# setenv CVSROOT="anoncvs_(_at_)_anoncvs_(_dot_)_nl_(_dot_)_openbsd_(_dot_)_org:/cvs"
# cvs -d $CVSROOT -q update -rOPENBSD_3_2 -Pd
After a few seconds of CVS running I get the following output:
cannot create_adm_p /tmp/cvs-serv3794/bin
No such file or directory
.....and then CVS dies and I'm back to a prompt. Can anybody point me in the
right direction please??
Regards & Thanks,
Alan Smith.
