I just hate my Sun's (4m/4c) as desktops cause the graphics
cards are generally slow and low res. I used a 4c on my desk
(with SunOS 4, then OpenBSD) for years solely because it fed
two 21" monitors well. 8 bit. No, 4ms belong on a desk with
a serial console and an ssh session from a machine with a 24bit
graphics card that you can get for < $50.
On the other hand, I have mocked our sun rep that support for
common PCI cards on Ultras is appearing in BSD and that
Sun still wants me to pay HOW MANY Hundreds of $$$ for a
network card? And $700 for a slow SCSI card?
