Error compiling qt-x11-free-...

While I was building qt-x11-free-3.xxx I received an
error from the compiler:
ld:
/usr/local/lib/libmng.so.1.0(/usr/local/lib/liblcms.so.1)
malformed input file (not rel or archive)
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

This is keeping me from installing necesary files, so
I would appreciate any help.
