3.2 snapshot: can't switch consoles in X 3.3.5

This is with the snapshot that's on ftp.usa.openbsd.org as I type
on a ThinkPad 760E. dmesg at end.

When X is not running, switching between consoles with
Ctrl-Alt-Fwhatever works fine. I've never had much luck getting
XF4 to work on this computer and don't need it, so I run
XF86_SVGA. I can't switch consoles when I do so. When I exit X,
all the consoles are back to normal. Ctrl-Alt-Backspace works as
expected. The display only supports 800x600, so I can't report on
whether Ctrl-Alt-[+-] works.

I'm pretty sure I was running 3.1 before, though it could have
been 3.0--in any event, it used to work.

Cheers,

b&
