I don't remember who just posted a similar problem, but I also hit the
'sendto: No buffer space available' problem.
It's 100% reproducible that way :
$ ping -s 60000 <any host>
ping: sendto: No buffer space available
ping: wrote carpediem.fr 60008 chars, ret=-1
Then, nobody (including root) on the system can ping any host during 1
minute or so.
