ssh man page

The (-current) man page of ssh says triple des is the default cipher.
This is true for protocol version 1. But using ssh -v localhost it
appears that ssh uses aes for version 2. Also, the section "Ciphers"
that is mentioned in the second -c section is missing in the man page,
and there is no section "Ciphers" in the man page off sshd either.
Where can I find the cipher_spec definitions for protocol version 2?
