"ipacct" is the thing.
Yes, I know the third item is obsolete, however, there's still no
adequate full Latin1 support for wscons AFAIK (try the þ and ð
characters, which display fine in xterm, as well as on pcvt with
my full latin1 font, but not on wscons, nor on the Linux console),
alas.
