Hi.
You have to add a MSDOS partition with the OpenBSD´s fdisk and thats all,
when you see your disklabel, you´ll note that you have a MSDOS partition.
And go on with your installation.

i'm having trouble with a macppc 3.1 install.
i'm trying to install 3.1 on a b&w g3 but i can't get the boot directive
to wirk in open firmware. i don;t think it's my grasp of open firware
directives. i think i have the boot partition f_(_at_)_#$ed up.
i only want obsd on the machine so i've gone with the MBR scheme and
not HFS.
there's a 1mb MSDOS partition I set up per the installer's pleading, but
it isn't mentioned in the installation notes for macppc. it looks like
this MSDOS partition is needed for the kernel???
should the MSDOS partition be only at the partition level (fdisk), or
should it also be in the obsd partition disk labels (as it is in the
examples given in the installer, as "i" which eludes me- if so, what
range should "i" have?)
any wider views of this so i can understand what to look for are
appreciated.
