Ultra ATA 133 with OpenBSD 3.1

hello,
I'm trying to get my Ultra ATA feature work with OpenBSD 3.1 (following
patch branch)
I've a VIA KT333 chipset (southbridge is vt8233A) with a maxtor 40GB
Ultra ATA 133 (with right cable).

The problem is I can get only pio mode 4 DMA 2.
I've already tried to change wd settings (via config -e -o bsd.wd /bsd
and rebooting with the "new" kernel) and pciide too (triying to force
the DMA use with 0X001).
wd settings was 0x0000 (whatever hd want) 0x70c (Ultra DMA pio mode 4)
and other settings to force unusual settings (pio mode 3 eccetera).
Nothing happens, I mean I can only get pio mode 4 dma 2 (like the cd
player)

Via bios (softmenu III from ABIT) I've tried to change ultra dma
setting (even if I've only disabled or auto...so I use auto)

Are there someone who has the same problem?
