boot cdrom31.fs image from floppies?

Is there any way to boot the cdrom31.fs image from floppies?  My problem is 
that the cdrom image is the only one that includes the network drivers I need 
(Intel EtherExpress PRO/10 ISA (ex)), and I need to do a network install 
since the machine has no cdrom (and even if it did the bios won't boot from 
it).

Is there any way I can get this install up and running?  Perhaps an easier 
method I'm just not thinking of?
