I have run into a problem with patching my openbsd 3.1.
I did a complete checkout of the STABLE (OPENBSD_3_1) src from a server (from Boulder, CO i think). After it completed I recompiled the kernel and booted with it, no problems.
cd /usr/src
make obj (works fine)
make build (runs for awhile - gives this error and stops - other errors also but I am pretty sure this is the root cause)
install: Target: /usr/share/doc/psd/19.curses: No such file or directory
*** Error Code 71
I thought maybe something was missing so I re-ran the checkout
rm -r /usr/obj/*
make clean
make obj
make build
same error as above...
any thoughts on what may be going on here - the plenty of space on the drive, I am thinking of removing the /usr/src directory and starting again but I figured I would ask the community before I go back through that process.
