HELP ME REDUCE A BOARD'S TRAFFIC

a friend of mine has a board with 5gb traffic, this board is'nt very 
popular..

he didn't believe that i can reduce his traffic to announce of none.

(you can use fetch instead of wget)

very simple code - but big influence on his traffic..
