boots but hangs (Was: openbsd 3.0 boot hangs)

Dear readers,

thanks for helping me. With your help, I have booted it!

But - shit - it  hangs when booting :(

This machine has ESS Solo integrated. I don't need it so I have built a
one more kernel with no sound cards supported.

When booting generic kernel, it says:

....
wskbd0 at pckbd0: console keyboard, using wsdisplay0

audio0 at sb0
Stopped at _opl_attach+0x164:	jmp _opl_attach+0x18c

and it exits to debugger.

when booting my kernel with no sound cards supported:

fdc0 at isa0 port 0x3f016 irq 6 drq 2
fd0 at fdc0 drive 0: 1.44MB 80 cyl, 2 head, 18 sec

and just hangs.

What to do? Send this machine to trash? :)

Will recompilation help? If so, what I should configure?
