Updates of packages can't be done yet. One of the most obvious reasons
is that almost all (except security updates) changes to ports / packages
are done in the -current ports tree, and -current ports tracks -current
source. http://badlands.rug.ac.be/pkg-stable.html should have updates to
the -stable ports tree, but the page hasn't been updated for some time
now.
