Cyrus can be compiled on OpenBSD but it is not performant because
BSD's mmap() call have not the semantic expected by Cyrus thus it is
obliged to work with (costly) read/write calls.
One day, maybe someone will have the time to patch Cyrus to insert
necessary msync() calls along the whole code.
