How to delete this dir?

A while ago, someone created a dir on my FTP server with some really
strange letters in the name. Trouble here is that I cannot delete it...

How do I do it?

# ls
-=Roÿenglenn=-
# rm -r -\=Roÿenglenn\=-/
rm: illegal option -- =
usage: rm [-f | -i] [-dPRrvW] file ...
       unlink file
# rm -r -*
rm: illegal option -- =
