Hi

I  want  to make "passive ftp" work, but I don't want to allow connections
from my LAN to any host >1024. I want this tight. Outgoing connections should be
made only from proxy. Unfortunately ftp-proxy doesn't seem to work
that way.

I've been googling and digging through mans for a few weeks and don't
have any clue :-/ Any help _greatly_ appreciated.
